Note:

Bending radius will be 3.5” (4.5” for Phat Ladders).
Distance between each step will be 12” apart.
The custom ladder will have a tolerance of +/-0.25” in dimensions for C, S, and D. However, this will not affect the mounting location of the original ladder.

Ladder Dimensions

A: Measure the vertical distance from the top edge of the handrail to the bottom edge of the mounting bracket.

B: Measure the horizontal distance between the front curve of the handrail (where it begins to slope) and the back edge of the handrail.

C: Measure from the top of the handrail down to the bottom of the upper mounting bracket.

D: Measure how far the outer edge of the ladder extends to the base where it mounts.

L1: Measure from the very bottom of the ladder to the lowest step.

L2: Measure from the bottom of the ladder to the center point of the first stand-off.

L3: Measure the spacing between the centers of two adjacent stand-off.

S1: Measure the length of the stand-off itself, excluding any plastic attachments.

S3: Measure the length of the stand-off itself, excluding any plastic attachments.
