This is a good solidly made product and would meet your needs if it fits your RV. I have a 2020 Winnebago View and the ladder did not fit properly on the existing ladder so I returned it. No issues with the return process. Good service.

Drops the ladder down about 2 feet. Great help in getting on the roof. It is not a perfect fit for my Motorhome, but we just have to be careful using it. A little pricy also.

Wow. No longer need a step ladder to access the roof ladder. I will be leaving this assist ladder on permanently. Have installed a web strap on it so when travelling down the road it will not move around.

The mini ladder is good product but there was a black side screw missing and I tried to contact the seller, I got no good assistance to provide me the missing screw. I had to go to Home Depot to get any screw that will do the job even though its not the same missing screw.
